Arriving

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment and 10 minutes before your next appointment. This allows enough time to set up and organize the required documentation. They start as soon as planned to keep all clients’ schedules under control, and late arrivals can reduce treatment time.

When you arrive, please make sure your phone is silenced to fully immerse yourself in the relaxation.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals with the most comprehensive treatment. We can offer in the remaining time but if they arrive too late, we may the appointment will need to be cancelled.

Please remember to bring valid identification (such as passport, national ID, driver’s license, or any other government identification or other photo on your mobile device) when visiting our spa, because we property management requires professional -Nature for reasons.

Booking

When booking your spa package, our policy will require a valid credit/debit card number to secure your reservation. If you must cancel within 6 hours of booking, a small fee will be charged to your card. Similarly, rescheduling with less than 12 hours notice incurs a rebooking fee. However, if you cancel or reschedule with more than 12 hours notice, the deposit will remain in your account and can be used for future plans.

Jobs booked over a long weekend may require a deposit equal to the service fee to accommodate your schedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge for the service booked.

Services can be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, PayPal, or cash upon completion. Please note that we do not accept American Express. If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can pay in advance to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations

To cancel your appointment, please contact us at (+971) 524 028 847 at least 12 hours in advance or immediately. That will give us maximum time to rewrite other customers. Please note that we will ask for a deposit at the time of registration and if applicable, your re-registration fee may be charged. Please call us to let us know about any rebookings or cancellations as soon as possible, so we can book.

Modification to Terms

Massage and spa services are subject to therapist availability. Coral Spa reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings accordingly. Clients are required to confirm booking by call or message at least one hour prior to an appointment.

Refund Policy

Coral Spa Massage Center does not refund any fees paid for spa or massage services, regardless of circumstances. Payments made by customers using their own credit/debit card or by any associate are considered a gift to the customer and are non-refundable

There are several RTA parking lots in front of and around the building, as well as valet parking.

Additionally, our spa offers free touch-ups during the first week for any service that doesn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valued and welcomed in various ways.
